Students who are interested in the Evans laboratory research should spend some time exploring this website to learn about the current projects being pursued by students in the laboratory before contacting Dr. Evans to discuss the possibility of participating in physical chemistry research. This picture of Dr. Evans was taken in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin during a summer measurement period at the University of Wisconsin Synchrotron Radiation Center. While this facility has shut down, our group routinely measures at other national laboratories. We also are beginning to setup new specialized vacuum ultraviolet sources at Queens College.
